Join us at the Wilderness Station located at Barfield Crescent Park for an Outdoor Murfreesboro field trip. There will be 2 separate classes, one for ages 6-8 and the second got ages 9-11. 

The topic for this class will be Geology. Students will learn the layers of the earth and the importance of rocks and minerals in their everyday life. They will conduct rock testing to explore different rock characteristics.

***Parents and their younger children are welcome to explore the Wilderness Station and Barfield Crescent Park while the classes is being held.
