A pottery class for older kiddos with our Pottery Teacher, Bill.

Each kid will be making their own piece of pottery using Raku technique. Raku is a process by which pottery is fired at a relatively low temperature and then moved while hot to a closed container with combustible materials (such as paper or sawdust) that ignite and cause a reaction creating colors and patterns in the pottery's surface. They will also discuss glaze chemistry and be able to take home their pottery piece that day.

Parents please note that there are 2 Labrador dogs that freely roam the property. 

Cost: $5.50 per student. Must be paid through our online payment system. Click on "accounting" when you login to pay the balance for the field trip.
